With the increasing use of data and rapid advancement in technology, as an Individual, the right to privacy has become imperative. The need to understand the legal framework that prescribes entities on how to collect, store, utilize, and protect the data of customers and lays down penalties for non-compliance is now more than ever.

Keeping in mind the need of the hour, in our level-1 of the course, we introduced the learners to the fundamental concepts of data, data protection, data privacy and covered the basic concepts under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Personal Data Protection Bill (PDPB) of India.

In Level 2 of the course, we go in-depth into the legal framework around Data Privacy and Protection across jurisdictions to enable the learner to have a detailed understanding of the basics of law and equip them to translate their corporate privacy policy and compliance goals into action.
