The course is specially designed for J.B Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

It emphasizes how the code of conduct is one of the essential procedural documents
in an organization. It serves as a set of principles and norms providing standards of
acceptable workplace behavior and ethical decisions for employees.

This course aims to provide a familiar and joint understanding of business ethics,
employee’s conduct, employee malpractice, and resolution of the same. It covers the

• Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the workplace

• Use of Social Media
