Cyber Crimes in India

Cyber-crime became a new and emerging field of criminal law with the enforcement of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Through this course, the relevant provisions related to IT Act will be addressed and we would also discuss the recent statistics pointing out the increase in cybercrimes in India during the financial year 2020 as compared to previous years.
